The itinerary, in pictures...

We are delighted to be working with Poplar Park Equestrian Centre and Richmond Hill Guest House in Hollesley, Suffolk to offer novice and experienced riders alike a 3 night stay in luxury boutique b&b accommodation. The trip will be a perfect opportunity improve your riding skills. For those without a steed Poplar Park will even hire you a horse!

Poplar Park not only has a British Evening level x-country course, indoor and outdoor schools and plenty of showjumps, but is perfectly positioned in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Your and your horse won't get bored of the fantastic local hacking.

Lessons will be split into groups of approximately 3-4 horses and riders based on level of ability. We recommend that you are comfortable with riding for approximately two hours a day.

Who is looking after the trip?

Jules will be looking after the group for this trip. Jules will be available prior to the trip and onsite to ensure the group is looked after and your lessons are planned as required. See who's already going >>

Who are the instructors?

Flatwork, Showjumping and X-country will be taught by Graham Camplin Smith. View Graham's Biography on Facebook
Any novices will be taught by Poplar Park own instructors.

Any advantage of booking first?

Okay, so you don't get to see all your holiday companions but as an incentive, Indego-Club will reward the first person to book with the best room in our b&b accommodation (based on a shared place) and a 10% discount.

What's the board-basis?

Bed and breakfast.  There is a local shop nearby to grab some lunch snacks and, being so near to the coast, there are some great fish and chip takeaways for evening meals.  We'll also head out to the local pub for one evening. Should you have any special requests, you will be able to state your requirements in advance to Jules.

Some time alone?

If you are keen to have a quiet ride out with your mate who you haven't seen for ages or just simply want to peel away from the group for the odd dinner - don't worry, Indego don't have clip boards and registers to monitor your attendance and you will be more than welcome to do so!

Travel arrangements?

You will need your own transport both to travel to the venue and to journey between any additional activities you wish to participate in. Please note, these may be approximately a 15 minute drive. Once you have booked on this trip, you may find other members willing to join up for travel via the Group Blog zone.

Sharing?

If you choose to share, you may have to be comfortable sharing a double bed! While there are a couple of twins, the main en-suite rooms in the cabins are doubles.
